    I will use my medical background and expertise to help you understand the technical details surrounding your diagnosis, but I will not be functioning as your doctor. I will provide you with the information and the tools to better enable you to make your own decisions. I will not:

    • Perform physical exams

    • Make diagnoses

    • Order diagnostic tests, although we may suggest tests to discuss with the care provider

    • Refer to physicians directly, although we do recommend physicians when appropriate

    • Prescribe medicine or other treatments

    • Provide second opinions

  • Yes, if the need arises, I can discuss your care with your healthcare providers.

  • No. Patient advocacy visits are not covered by commercial health care insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

  • My hourly fee is $300. However, I strive to serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for services may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to inquire about our income-based low-cost services & sliding scale fee reduction program.

    Should you have a more complex issue that will require ongoing services, flat rates can be charged rather than hourly service rates. Rates may vary based on case complexity.
